Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Dararith LIM

Mr. Dararith LIM is the visionary leader of Alliance X, a prominent business consulting firm headquartered in Cambodia. Celebrated for his strategic acumen and unwavering commitment to sustainable growth, he has forged a distinguished career that bridges continents and sectors. In Australia and Cambodia, he has held pivotal leadership roles in both public and private arenas, Board of Directors, including a significant tenure at General Electric (GE) and local companies, where he contributed to global business initiatives.

His philanthropic endeavors are as remarkable as his professional achievements. Driven by a passion for giving back to his country, Mr. LIM has initiated and supported numerous projects that have substantially transformed energy, healthcare, and education in the country. His efforts have not only improved access to essential services but have also empowered individuals and communities to pursue better futures.

Surviving the harrowing period of the Khmer Rouge, Mr. LIM's personal journey is a testament to resilience and determination. This profound experience has deeply influenced his leadership style and philanthropic commitments. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Melbourne and Victoria University in Australia, where he obtained a bachelor's and master's degrees that laid a strong foundation for his illustrious career. His educational background and personal experiences uniquely position him to lead with empathy, vision, and a steadfast dedication to making a positive impact.
