Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Dararith LIM

Mr. Dararith LIM leads Alliance X, a business consulting firm in Cambodia. Known for his strategic vision and commitment to sustainable growth, he has a distinguished career spanning leadership roles at GE (General Electric) and philanthropic efforts that have transformed healthcare and education. A survivor of the Khmer Rouge, he holds degrees from the University of Melbourne and Victoria University, Australia.

Chief Operation Officer

Randolph HILL

Mr. Randolph Hill leads GovBotics, an AI-focused firm transforming public sector services. With a background in global tech leadership, he has driven innovation in cybersecurity and FinTech across Southeast Asia, bridging technology and public service for accessible government solutions.
